近来当你经过荷兰阿姆斯特丹Dam广场，都会看到著名的新教堂外场挂着一幅数层楼高的海报，上面有一个「明」字，这是荷兰首次展出包括24件国宝在内的中国明朝文物真品。本次展览展示了中国明代资本主义萌芽时期的文物，为荷兰民众揭开中国文明的面纱，宣传发扬中华文化。展品除了有极尽奢华的宫廷御用物品之外，还展出明代著名画家、文学家唐伯虎的珍品画作。对于这个发扬中华文化极有意义的活动，阿姆斯特丹新国泰旅行社董事长义不容辞大力支持赞助此次活动，为发扬中华文化做出一份力，履行企业公民责任，推动社会和谐进步。
在阿姆斯特丹新国泰旅行社对慈善事业热心支持的带动下，新教堂负责也积极参与本次慈善活动，并首次开放新教堂给华人团体举办慈善晚宴，为“morning Tear”机构筹募更多善款、帮助更多贫穷国家儿童而努力。
支持公益慈善事业，关爱青少年成长的理念下，海城大酒楼兼新国泰的行政董事杨华根先生一直不遗余力，为善不甘后人，除了买枱支持外，还积极捐款并为活动提供更多优质的食品。当晚海城大酒楼行政总厨基哥带领厨房团队搬运一箱箱的食材到新教堂，为晚宴即场制作美味餐品。参会宾客除了享用海城赞助的美味中式点心外，还可品尝海城精心烹制的慈善晚宴头盆——海城秘汁色拉配四川牛𦟌。殊不知这道头盆正是为KLM航班设计的空中佳肴。此时此刻海城与荷航，明朝展覧与新教堂，相得益彰，把中国文化不断融入荷兰社会。

为做好每年的圣诞晚宴，海城大酒楼对长者的膳食做了深入研究，精心搭配一套特别少油、少盐、少糖，易消化又要均衡营养的膳食。所有的菜肴都要肉切成细小件、并除去骨..........一切一切都藴含着爱心，整个晚宴温情洋溢，长者们喜悦的笑容是海城大酒楼最大的满足。
